Apartment Streif

Bright, brand-new ground-floor terrace apartment, 70 m², suitable for 4–5 persons. Living area with a cozy sofa and a dining corner in the bay window, access to the terrace and garden. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). Two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC. Beautiful new oak wood floors. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, and full kitchenware are provided. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Rates: winter EUR 310 - 400, summer EUR 200 - 250

Pets are welcome in our house. You can go for walks directly from the house, for example along the promenade by the Kitzbühel Ache. However, our garden is off-limits for your furry friends. We charge a one-time fee of 50,00 Euro per pet per stay to cover additional cleaning costs. We kindly ask that you to not leave your pets alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unpleasant incidents (noise, damage, etc.) if the animal feels uncomfortable. Thank you for your understanding.

If you arrive by car you can park for free in our parking space right in front of the house. Each apartment has its own parking spot. If you have more than one car you can use the free Pfarrau parking lot for the other car. For all who arrive by train – from Hahnenkamm station (Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm Bahnhof) you can walk to our house in 7 – 10 minutes downhill through the town center or take a taxi waiting at the station. From Kitzbühel main station (Kitzbühel Bahnhof) it’s about a 15-minute walk, and taxis are also available there. Alternatively you can take the (Ring)bus to our stop, "Hammerschmiedstraße." The bus stop "Hammerschmiedstraße" is located directly opposite our driveway. From here you can take the free ski bus to the gondolas or use the bus for excursions in the surrounding area.

Our house is located in a dead-end street, surrounded by a garden. This makes it very quiet, and you can sleep with the windows open until you wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. Just around the corner you’ll find a BILLA supermarket open Monday to Saturday, where you can also get freshly baked bread for breakfast. The town center with more shops, restaurants and bars is just a three-minute walk away. The gondolas to the Hahnenkamm or the Kitzbüheler Horn can be reached on foot in  7 – 10 minutes or by (ski) bus, which stops right across the street.
